I must agree with the other 2 posts. They came out, measured the area & gave a quote. Once the sod was placed, it was not packed down in all areas & the side & back of the house were not completed, even after being measured TWICE. Biggest mistake was making the final payment before the job was completed. We were told that they would come back after 45 days to make sure the sod took root & to weed & feed. That was on 4/1. Guess the joke was on us because they have never come back. Calls are answered by Rocky every time & each time we have been given nothing but excuses. From waiting on more sod, to sounding like he "thought the workers came out". Pathetic. If you own the company, then finish the job right. Word of mouth will get you more work, not pissing off the people that have already paid you for your services is only going to put you out of business. At this point, we will be reporting this company to the licsensing association.
