I wish I could give these people 0 stars. I have never encountered a more unorganized and unprofessional company in my life. They performed services that were never requested, they did a poor job mowing (one occasion in particular being the day after a huge rainstorm, so obviously the grass was not cut uniformly) and it is almost impossible to reach anyone through phone or email. I left several voice mails before receiving a call back and when I finally got someone on the phone I requested to cancel my services after first confirming that my account was fully paid and up to date. I was told that my account would be canceled and I even sent a follow up email just recapping the conversation that I had with them. As you can probably guess, not even one week later I come home to find that they came out again! I immediately tried to call them and have left 3 voice mails since this time with no response and to top it all off, I just received an Invoice today from these jokers. Heed my warning and find someone else to take care of your lawn.
