Chris is your man!
I got to know him through my agent and was very impressed by his work. Chris will catch all the details in the house, and he’ll give you his best professional opinions and recommendations on maintenances, which can be very helpful for a first time home buyer.
Chris will also take really good care of for his clients, even after when the payment is made and the deal is over. When I moved in, I thought I had found some additional problems that were missed during the inspection. It turned out to be my eror (i.e. there was nothing wrong with them). But until I had realized and told him this, Chris was following up every step to have this fixed. It's a rare thing these days to see such level of commitment.
