Now in my thirties, I have been going to Midlothian Family Practice, since parting from my pediatrician. The doctors are the best. They are so knowledgeable and have great bed side manners! My doctor takes a refreshingly slow pace with me, and thoroughly explains diagnosis' and treatment options. If he has samples, which he usually does, he saves me a trip to the pharmacy, which is a nice plus when you are sick. The front desk and billing departments are top rate, also. The referral coordinator, however lacks all customer service skills! Be prepared to hear an earful from her if you call in for even an emergency referral! Many specialists I see have told me that due to just her, they would switch doctors....but he makes up even for her shortcomings! Good location. Convenient parking. Easy to get appointments!
