The staff at California Oaks Vision is the exact reason why I do not go to Walmart or Costco. As soon as I walk in to Cal Oaks Vision I'm greeted hello, sure departure from the other guys, and asked how they can help. The receptionist, Felicia, who I only really sees me once a year, greets me by name when I walk in. She delivers 5 star customers service and is a joy to interact with. Thank you for your extra effort. You feel that extra special care at Cal Oaks Vision. I've tried Costco and Walmart but basically you grab a number and are treated as such. From the Staff, to doctors; Fields, Kreech, and Lewis, you have a great vision source that cares for their patients and appreciates your business.
