I purchased my Honda with Rosenthal easily the day before Christmas Eve. I told them exactly what I wanted and what I'd hoped to pay and they met me within reason and had me out of there in under 3 hours. They met me in ways the local competitors would not and for that I was grateful. Follow up calls and surveys were always received in a totally timely fashion, and promotional offers are always around when making your purchase. I was offered free oil changes for 2 years!
Whenever you need maintenance the service center is always clean and someone will be there to answer all your questions and keep you informed of the process. If something is by chance running late, they have a HUGE waiting room where you can watch tv or toy around on the internet on 1 of 3 computers. If I were to purchase another Honda I would go back through Rosenthal.
