I recently rented a truck from this firm, and was surprised at the charges on my credit card. When I asked for an explanation I was told by the employee with whom I was speaking that in all the years he has been doing this nobody was ever confused about what I was asking ( I find that hard to believe, but even if true a very unprofessional, rude response). The conversation went on for a liitle longer - I explained that part of my confusion was that some of the charges were per day, and some were not - the extra driver charge was not a daily charge: his response (in a very sarcastic, condescending voicde): oh, so you are sayig we should charge you an extra ten dollars? Arogant, smug, condescending, and not even very bright (he was not understanding the question that was out to him).
Most distateful.
