Review content:
We went as a family to Safari West when they were doing their anniversary promotion and discovered that your guide can really make or break the day.
We arrived and found the ride to be interesting along with the facts that the guide shared about the animals and park. Unfortunately her attitude was not friendly or welcoming to questions and at one point made fun of a guests question.
Talking during the ride was discouraged. I could see where this would be fun, too bad the guide makes such a difference
