I was recommended to this salon by a friend after I had become discouraged with my former hairdresser. It's hard to believe all of these reviews were written about the same place! If you are unhappy with your service, speak up. My hairdresser always asks what I want her to do and tells me honestly if it is practical. I was disappointed when she told me I would not look like Jennifer Aniston but I recovered. They are there to help you look your best and if you don't tell them what you want and if they are on the right track along the way, you are partially to blame. I wouldn't go anywhere else and believe Denice's comb is actuall a magic wand!
Cons: Make your appointment early, they book up fast!
