I wanted to thank you and your team for handling the sale of my home in Summerlin, Las Vegas. The level of service your team provided from day one was truly exceptional and exceeded my high expectations. I was especially pleased with: Marketing The virtual tour, marketing materials and open houses. These were all done professionally and with a high degree of quality. They truly enhanced the value of the home. Communication Being an out of state seller, I really appreciated the frequency and depth of communication. I always felt I had a good understanding of the overall status of the sales effort. The Little Things What really differentiated your team was the willingness to do the little things. I especially appreciated your team buying a hardwood floor mop to make sure the floors always looked good, installing locks on the gate to make sure the house was secure, monitoring the thermostat to making sure the power consumption was not excessive and making sure the landscaping always looked professional. Your team truly handled EVERY aspect of the sales effort. Guidance The most valuable service you provided was your guidance. Las Vegas is a challenging real estate market these days. Your in-depth knowledge and balanced guidance was very beneficial in guiding me towards making the right decisions regarding pricing, counter offers and overall sales positioning.
