Review content:
Serpicos is a decent place to eat. The reason I say this is that the food was good but there were other problems with the restaurant. The first was that it contained numerous fly's throughout the area. There was no management trying to solve the problem. The other was that it was confusing because they do not have waiters per se only people who bring out your food. You are still responsible for filling up your drinks. Also a bad part is the size of the area. It was not very big.
