Review content:
Carabetta manages the apartments. Management is constantly harassing and raising the rent! The apartments are a nice size but after moving in they fall apart easily. Bathroom tiles were coming off one by one and living room floor was also breaking. The neighbors are loud all hours of the night. They cook out and drink alcohol till 2am all summer. Not to mention loud mufflers on cars that they constantly rev up to show off. Also neighbors like to call management and make up lies if they don't like you. You end up paying a sheriff fee when they send him to your door with a letter. Numbered parking spaces but almost everyone that lives there has two or more cars because they have boyfriends living with them. So when company comes to visit there is never any parking.
Pros: free heat hot water
Cons: bad management and neighbors, rinsects in apartments, always doing inside apartment inspections
