This is in the same building that the hooters was in by the Lakes Mall. I love BBQ ribs, so we thought we'd give it a try. (Damons ribs are still my favorite.) Well, to begin with, it took 1/2 hour after our order was taken to get our food. When they brought the food, the salads that came with our meal still weren't there. The waitress was like "oh I'll go get them!" but I said that we had hot food and didn't want the salad any more. She gave us ONE dessert and two spoons to compensate for it. The food was sub-par and I realize that they just opened, but there were problems with the servers not knowing which food went where. Every so often, someone would come by with a plate of onion rings or something and ask if we'd ordered it. The worst part was, after they'd screwed up our order, the waitress was rude and ignored us for the most part. I don't know if she got extra busy or she figured we wouldn't leave a tip (we did leave a tip) or maybe she was embarassed?? At good restaurants, the manager will come by and people will usually treat you extra special. Not this time. Not recommended. Save your money and go to Famous Daves or Logans right down the road if you want BBQ.
