I'm pretty happy with how the staff is friendly and professional. My only concern is that the staff is kind of running around all over the place. There is a lack of consultative approach and follow through. (This applies to Dr. Abaian as well, not just the staff.) For example, I asked 3 different people that I was interested in getting a quote for Invisalign, no one sat down and went over this with me. I was told I should come back in for a polish, I had scheduled this as part of my last appointment, yet somehow it was dropped and all that was completed that day was the repair to my chipped tooth. I feel that it would be more beneficial to both your company and me as the patient, to have someone to take five minutes and ask what I need, rather than just saying open wide, ok, this is what you need. But otherwise, I'm overall happy with the service.
