HORRIBLE!!! I haven't even been here 6 months and it sucks!!! Bed bugs are EVERYWHERE!! The neighbors are trash!! I can no longer do my laundry here due to neighbors digging through my belongings!! Doors to my car and apt must be locked at ALL times in fear that they will break in AGAIN!!! I WARN YOU DO NOT COME HERE TO DERBY RIDGE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
