I am having my entire family over for Thanksgiving Day in my new home. American Pool Corp dealt with my brother during the construction of my home and he relayed my wishes to them to have the pool prepared and heated before the holiday arrived. That was ten months ago and today I got a phone call to remind me to open the automatic cover so that they could service the pool and check the chemicals. Not only did they build an amazing concrete pool but American Pool Corp obviously has an excellent management and follow-up system in place. With all of the chaos of moving I had totally forgotten about my swimming pool request. I don't normally write reviews or fill out surveys but this company went above and beyond and thought it only fair to do the same for them. God Bless APC!
