Businiess name:  Mallard's Crossing Apartments
Review by:  Claw S.
Review content:
I have been at Mallard Crossing in Medina for just over two months. In the two months the following has taken place - lost heat - car had been towed, cost $96 to get it back, impound place does not take credit cards so you need cash, not sure how you do this with no car - moved into an apartment with an extremely dirty furnace filter, they don't change them on schedule, you have to ask, that is inexcusable - Lost power for extended periods of time on several occasions, repairs took much longer than the time they said to plan for, nearly lost my food in the refrigerator, was unable to prepare dinner one evening. - no security lights for over two weeks, had to approach my apartment entrance in the pitch dark, try fumbling for your keys and finding the lock pitch darkness When these issues were brought to the management’s attention they told us that they can't do anything. I can’t imagine what will happen in the coming months. I am out of her as soon as my lease expires. Enter at your own risk.
