Kramer Books and Afterwords! Hey, this place is a Washington Institution. Don't Knock it. Their book selection is pretty good. The staff is cooler-than-though. They have more than just the New York Times Best Seller List. They even stock foreign language newspapers. The best part is you can even have a friend meet you there and tell them to meet you in the self-help section. I think they call it something euphemistic though. The café is only open until about 2 a.m. or so. Their dessert selection rocks. It's located down the street from Lambda Rising (another bookseller that's practically a Washington Institution).
