Review content:
Avoid this hotel. I have no idea how it got 3 stars. At best it is a 2 star hotel. It is currently being remodeled. I unfortunately was stuck in a room where the hallway outside my door was being retiled. The staff did not notify me of this, and I woke up to banging and scrapping. I asked to change rooms and they said no. They didn't have any other rooms. Perhaps due to the construction, my bathroom had an ant infestation. When I checked out I realized I left my cell phone charger and 2 pillows behind. When I asked to retrieve them I was told to wait and Giselle, a front staff person, would ask the maid. She returned and said there was nothing left in the room. There was nothing in lost and found. But she wouldn't let me look in the room, look in lost and found, or talk to the maid. While she had been friendly when I checked in when I raised this issue she rolled her eyes, did not bother to apologize, and ignored me. She had the attitude of it's not my problem.
They do offer a free breakfast. Wifi is not free. False advertising. It's about $9.00 per 24 hours. Despite it's affordable rates about ($75) per night, it's not worth it. Staying here was more trouble than it's worth. But I guess you get what you pay for.
