Untangled is the best salon I have been to and I have been to almost every one in the Lake Norman area. Everything about the experience there is wonderful – the services provided, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the fun atmosphere. I trust Lori completely to advise me on what will work for me and I am never disappointed! She truly has the gift of knowing what will make her clients look their best! I look forward to my appointments at Untangled, because I know I will always have a great time while getting the specialized attention that each client is given. We are so fortunate to have Lori and her team in our neighborhood. Not only do they provide excellent salon services, but they give back to the community through donations and fund-raisers for local and national charities. I admire Lori’s commitment and dedication to her clients, her community and her staff. I am also forever grateful for her friendship and great talent!!!
