I wouldn?t recommend this company to manage my property. They bring in the rent checks, but that?s it, they didn?t ?manage? the property. Their website says they perform ?regular inspections? to avoid costly repairs, but I never received any inspection reports. Because of this company, most of my landscaping has been destroyed. Make sure you have someone with you when talking with them so there is no dispute as to what was said and agreed to. Their agent claimed to have letters written by my wife, yet my wife has never written them letters. They allowed my water to run causing a water bill that reached 87,000 gallons of water, and now are threatening to take me to court because I refuse to pay the bill. Be aggressive with them when it comes to your property. In an attempt to resolve a problem I had with his agent, I left a message for the owner to call me yet he never did, he had the agent call me and she wouldn?t let me talk to him. Also, my wife was the one who hired the company, and I wasn?t on the original management agreement. They dealt with me for most of the issues, but when there were disputes, the agent refused to talk to me about it, claiming I wasn?t on the management agreement. Silver Home Rentals should be avoided at all costs.
