Review content:
The first first time I went to the spa, I went with a friend. I was not from Round Rock, so I was unsure of how to get to the location. I make reservations the second time around for my mom's birthday, but had gotten lost and was late for my appointment. I called several times trying to find the salon but was unsuccessful. I had arrived late and was charged full price and all my services were rushed and was told I better make use of the time because I was still paying full price for all services. I feel like we were being punished for being late. I was embarrassed after telling my mom how much fun she was going to have it was the complete opposite, maybe they just had a bad day???? Never will return
