Review content:
I saw Dr. Collins to fix a crown problem I had been having. He was out of network but I still went to the office because of the high reccomendation. It took one consultation and I was convinced. Both the staff and Doctors are very knowledgable. They walk you through everything with ease. The new crown they placed happened to be over a tooth which root canal was not properly done (not done by Collins)- he sought all measures to correct the inflamation of my cheek that occured and when the crown failed took responsibility (As well as financially) and had Dr. Rieter (spl?) extract it and begin the procedure to have an implant placed on this singular problem tooth. Dr. Rieter was wonderful also- he used only 1/4 of the novacaine as I'm uncomfortable being numbed. I didn't even need more than tylenol the days following because there was 0 swelling and minimal bruising around the tooth area. I was eating fine again the next morning. I would highly recommend both doctors as their work and professional manner go beyond that of all dentists I've ever had. Even with all of the complications (Caused by my own body's reaction to the procedure) they were understanding and found the solution that worked for me!
