I'd strongly recommend Bella Trio on Fayetteville, right near Southpoint Mall. We took a friend there for her 40th and that’s where my friends treated me and my bridal party for pre-wedding pampering and it’s just lovely. They have a little balcony they can set up for private parties, they give the *best* mani/pedis (mine still looks nice, even though I was assembling chairs over the weekend!), they’re very accommodating and flexible, and they have wonderful massage therapists.
