Review content:
I BBQ a lot, go to rib fest in Sparks every year etc. etc..
Summary:
Ribs - Tender tasty, falls off the bone
Chicken - Plain, dry, no flavor
Links - Authentic? No. Looked like an Aidel's chicken sausage. - Sucked
Beans - The worst beans I have ever had. No hickory/molasses flavor. Tasted like a can of pinto beans. No flavor at all and too watery. Where are the nice pieces of bacon?
Salad - Good fresh lettuce, tasty ranch. You can't really lose on a salad. Doesn't take much to make one.
Baked Potato - Pretty good. I like the sour cream, chives, butter bacon approach. It tasted fresh and was hot.
Cornbread - Not bad, little too much on the dry side for me, but decent.
In summary, if you are looking for authentic Texas style BBQ or even Southern Style this is not the place.
Pros: Quick Take-Out, Good Service
Cons: , Flavor, Preparation
