first of all, if you dont want to get woken up by the fact that the walls and floors are SO thin that you can hear your neighbors VIBRATING cell phone going off.... and if u dont want to risk your life everytime you get into their unserviced elevators, i wouldnt suggest it.... but MOST OF ALL, if you dont want to be treated like a CRIMINAL once a month when you walk in to pay your RENT....i would STRONGLY recommend against it. im not the first to hear this, but i didnt think it would happen to us. whether its me, or my boyfriend, or my neighbors, the management smiles and nods their head with the biggest fake grin you will ever see. they take NO responsibility for anything and will raise your rent astronomically if you DARE stay..... dont do it. trust me, ive lived in 5 other apartment complexes... this is the only one id ever think about reporting!
Pros: nothing!! NOTHING!!!
Cons: the management is absolutely horrible, no sound proof at all
