City Lights is beautiful and has great services such as an awesome fitness center with Yoga and Kick Boxing instruction. Their pool and spa are like a beautiful Las Vegas Resort! My friends have lived there for years, and I have peacefully spent the night at their place several times without incident. The apartments are well-constructed and my friends have the most amazing view of the Saddleback Valley from their 4th floor balcony. If I ever sell my condo, I'm moving to City Lights.
Pros: Beautiful apartments, great amenities
Cons: People drive too fast in the parking garage
