Mediweight loss clinic and their staff have helped me loose 20 pounds in two months, but more importantly the program has created in me a habit of empowerment over food! I am no longer a stress eater, nor a t.v. muncher. This lifechanging attitude towards food will allow me to maintain my new weight and my confidence.
The plan is very easy to follow and you're given supplements to decrease your appetite and maintain optimal health. A physical and bloodwork is mandatory at the onset of the program so Mediweight is concerned with health benefits, not merely dieting.
A wonderful, highly recommended program!
