ive tried a few diet plans in the last year and i could never stick to any. The meals were boring and i didnt have any motivation. At Medi they get you in the frame of mind to LOSE WEIGHT!
After my first session i was focused on my goal, they help me set targets each week and month so i had something to aim for in the short and long run. This kept me focused and stopped me falling off the path and it really does make the difference.
For the first time in a few years i actually felt good about myself. I didnt even care if i lost weight to begin with, i was just happy that i was doing something positive to change my life. But of course i signed up to lose weight, and that is exactly what happened, i am now down to a sexy size 12 and i feel fantastic!
