Health Palace is the place to spin. Cari is an amazing spinning instructor that takes spinning to another level. She motivates you through out the whole class and doesn't let you give up at any time. She works you out hard and at the end of the class you feel GREAT!!! If you enjoy spinning come check it out....you won't be disappointed. Great place to see results!
