On our first visit the service was SO SLOW despite very few customers that it took almost an hour from the time we ordered to the time we got our meals. The waitress was great but there was no reason we could see for waiting so we talked to the manager, who looked into the situation and came back to our table to tell us there would be no charge. We still tipped of course and because of the service from him and the waitress, we went back to give it another try. Well, the food is always good but it does tend to take a while. Since then the place has been busy when we've gone so we don't mind the wait, though. The service is always great! And the salmon is the best I've had anywhere! Great cocktail menu and dessert menu as well. If you're not in a hurry or if you order enough appetizers or drinks to hold you over, this place is worth the wait.
