I went in and had a great consultation, the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. They made me feel very comfortable. Customer service still exists and Sono Bello staff proved that to me. I am so excieted about my upcoming procedure and look foward to the great results. Thank You Sono Bello Ok so now i have to edit my review i had paid my full procedure fees and my surgery was set. I had my pre-op appt and was all ready for my procedure. I got my confirmation call for the staff and had been taking the medication they gave me to prepare for surgery. I then get a call from thier practice manager 11hrs before my surgery and she informs me that they gave me too big of a discount and if i need pay additional $995 before my surgery can take place. To my surprise i asked why they did not let me know this before and ae calling me 11hrs before my procedure? The practice manager Erica Logan then said to me it has to do with HR and she can does not want to go into detail about it but bottom line i will not be having my procedure and she then said i can have the Eric Battis who is one of the top guys from their corporate in Arizona call me to explain. Eric Battis then calls me and says Erica explained the situation to you and you will not be having your procedure tomorrow. The only explanation they gave me was they gave me to big of a discount 3-4 weeks ago when i went in for my consultation. They did not even give me a opportunity to pay the difference they just went ahead and cancelled the procedure and went about their business. I was very confused since in their own financial agreement that they have you sign states in paragraph 3 and i quote : "We consider the balance payment as a definitive final confirmation of your procedure. Cancellation of your surgical procedure will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit up to $1000.00. The fee for canceling within 14 days of you original schedule pocedre is 50% of your total procedure cost...." The week before the procedure i was in car accident and i could not take any pain meds due to my procedure was less than 7 days away and i would of been charged to change it, but Sono Bello feels they can breach their own contract and have no consequences, so i guess their paperwork is not valid and we just sign it for fun. THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE WITH SONO BELLO AND PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AND I THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE SMART LIPO MACHINE JUST A LASER ASSISTED ONLY.. RIP OFF RIP OFF.. STAY AWAY.
