Review content:
Since 2008 I have experience incompetent, rude and poor customer service from this location. Even another Nissan location has anonymously shamed me for dealing with them and refused to help fix piece of my "what was" a brand new car that are falling apart as they let a third party install parts.
After have a tough initial 4 months with promises being broken and yelled at on the phone by Ali, a service manager (extremely rude and conceded), my husband and I asked to meet with a co-owner and we decided to give them another try. We even back away from lifetime oil changes to get away from them.
Nevertheless, since they allowed auto trim to install leather (poor quality by the way) in my car...I have had failure in my power seat, cords hanging from under my seats and pieces falling off my seats on more than 8-10 occasions. Auto Centers service staff, Terri, tells me that they will not be able to do anything after the bumper to bumper warranty expires even though the jobs is obviously faulty. Oh, and not to forget my windshield was cracked when I received my car back from getting the last pieces fixed (more are off now).
I absolutely would advise and testify that this is not the Nissan dealership you want to deal with. Josh, a service advisor once wanted me to drive away with a airbag and hazard light on with my newborn baby in the car as they did not want to pay for a rental for more than one day and my car would not be done until 2 days. Might I add at this time there was less than 1000 miles on the car.
My family has had nissans purchased from Bommarito and I would recommend them based off customer treatment and not tampering with vehicles. I am aware that all car dealerships can be skeptible, but this one is a for sure NO!
