IThis fitness club offeres such high quality yoga classes, better than most yoga studios and with so many classes to choose from all day and night long. The yoga instructors are super qualified and have such a great attitude and are so helpful. Spectum Redondo Beach offers Kundalini, Ashtanga, Basic, and Vinyasa flow yoga classes. The Yoga studio is the perfect size, not too small and not too big. I will definitly tell my friends that this great Yoga studio inside this beautiful fitness club has all of the benifits and none of the downsides of a traditional yoga studio, including child care and showers!
