ACTUALLY, I DID TALK TO YOU RAFAEL...I TOLD YOU THE PROBLEM, AND I HAD ALSO SPOKEN WITH YOUR AGENT PREVIOUSLY BUT YOU DIDNT BOTHER CALLING BACK UNTIL YOU DISCOVERED THE STOP PAYMENT. YOU NEVER OFFERED AT THAT TIME TO DO ANYTHING. THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS ROBBED WAS ME....BY YOU. I HAVE SPOKEN TO OTHER SAN ANTONIANS THAT HAVE DEALT WITH YOUR COMPANY AND WERE UNHAPPY AS WELL. I ENCOURAGE THEM TO POST ON THIS BOARD
