I had my transmission worked on at the Transmission Corp.America on Kingston Pike in Knoxville,TN. The work was very good and they gave me a fair price. I dealt with Jack who is the manager there and he was really sweet. I believe he was very honest with me and he gave me a real good price. He called me the next day after I had my car fixed to check and make sure I was happy with what the did and satisfied with they way they treated me. Of course I said yes. He also sent me a card in the mail a few days later thanking me for my business and telling me if I had any questions I could call anytime day or night. That made such a good impression on me I told my son about them and he took his truck down there a couple weeks later when he started having trouble with his transmission. This place seems to be very customer oriented. My son was very happy with the work they did to his truck as well.
Pros: fair prices, follow up call to check on me , sent me a thank you card in the mail
