Review content:
This is the greatest transmission company of all time! I had my transmission repaired at Transmission Corp. of America back in March of 2007 and they did a wonderful job! I was very pleased of how informative they were. They explained exactly what was wrong with my car and exactly what it would take to fix it, in terms I could easily understand. They did the work quickly and I had my car back within just a couple of days. At that time I was given a 12month-12,000 mile nationwide warranty. Everything went extremely well and my car was working better than ever for a very long time. I took it back in last week because I noticed a few red drops of fluid on my garage floor. When I called to let them know I was seeing the drops and wanted them to check it I also informed them I knew I was well out of my warranty by time and mileage. My warranty had expired over 6 months ago and I had put over 20,000 miles on the car since they did the original transmission repair back in March of 2007. They told me not to worry, bring it on in and we will check it out and see what's wrong. After they checked it, they took me into the shop so I could see for myself the leak was coming from one of my axle seals. Knowing I didn't have any warranty left, I assumed the worse and was prepared to pay for the leak to be fixed. To my surprise they repaired the leak and didn't charge me a dime. I didn't think this was fair to them so I insisted on paying for the repair. Again I was assured the repair would cost me nothing. They told me they appreciated me coming back to have them check it and that having a satisfied customer was way more important than having me spend more money with them. I was amazed to say the least! I have the upmost respect for this company and its employees. They went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed my vehicle under a warranty that had expired long ago. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone will full confidence.
Pros: they fixed my car at no charge even though my warranty had expired a long time ago
