THIS IS THE BEST WORK I HAVE HAD ON MY DURANGO. I HAVE HAD THINGS GO WRONG WITH THIS VEHICLE EVER SINCE I PURCHASED IT TWO YEARS AGO. I EXPECTED TO HAVE SOME MINOR MAINTENANCE TO DO WHEN I BOUGHT IT BECUASE IT IS USED. I NEVER THOUGHT I'D HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENGING AND THE TRANNY. THE ENGINE WENT OUT LAST SUMMER AND THAT WAS A NIGHTMARE. I WAS AFRAID THE SAME NIGHTMARE WOULD REOCCURR WHEN THE TRANNY WENT OUT. JAMES AT TRANSMISSION AMERICA ON CLINTON HWY WAS GREAT. HE GOT MY TRANNY BACK IN GOOD SHAPE AND IT DIDN'T COST A FORTUNE TO DO IT. HE ALSO GOT MY VEHICLE BACK TO ME WITHIN 2 DAYS. EVERY WHERE ELSE I CALLED SAID IT WOULD BE 4-5 DAY TURNAROUND TO GET MY TRANNY REPAIRED. JAMES WAS PROFESSIONAL THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE OF FIXING THE TRANNY. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS UNDERSTANDING AND KINDNESS. HE WAS A BIG HELP WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT COME UP WITH ALL THE MONEY. HE HELPED ME GET THE REMAINING BALANCE FINANCED. I DON'T KNOW HOW HE DID IT, BUT HE KEPT ME SMILING THROUGH THIS WHOLE ORDEAL. I ALMOST WISH I HAD ANOTHER CAR WITH TRANNY TROUBLE SO I COULD GO BACK AND SEE HIM AGAIN.
