was the most paintfull project of the entire house remodeling. and i am talking here about carpet.
well , they don't take any ownership of the their mistake or lack of competences within this domain. the seams are horrible. the carpet has to be retightened again after few months, the carpet in the stairs is already falling apart.... won't use them again , who knows they may be Ok in tiling or ceiling. for this was their only chance to do business with them and they blew it.
Pros: good quality material
Cons: poor customer service. lack of responabitity
