Trying out city search, so doing the initial brain storm of companies good and bad, this one has stuck with me since this last winter.
I woke up Sunday morning with sub 10 degree temperatures and my condo sitting in the 50's despite the thermostat showing 72 and the furnace is just blowing cold air.
I called Four Seasons, they got a technician to my home in just over an hour. In about 45 minutes he identifies the issue. I am forgetting what the exact problem was, but the repair costs were 1/3rd of the way to a new unit and my furnace was about 18 years old.
I opted to replace and they got the new unit to my home and installed same day. (granted they were there till 10pm that night) Even through in a new programmable thermostat for free.
Pros: No extra charge for after hours or weekends, profesional
Cons: got nothing
