Location however is not enough. Even though Delitech benefits from a prime location in the Tech Center area, it needs more than that and there are better delis in the Denver area. Having said that, it is a safe bet. I like dill pickles, a lot, but the pickles there seem to be a bit off from the normal kosher dill and I did not go back for more as I am accustomed to doing. The Borsht was good (probably out of a jar like most in this town are). The pastrami (succulent, if such a thing is possible) on rye with spicy mustard was above average and in true deli fashion was of ample size. The pork sandwich was good and also well proportioned. I recommend Delitech as an above average sandwich place but would also suggest you try other delis.
