A friend told me she comes in for scalp treatments every month or so, and I decided it was time to treat myself as well. I found their salon services listing online and was really surprised at the variety and affordable prices. I arrived on a Thursday at 5:45, the staff at the desk were very welcoming and focused on client satisfaction. Nice to see that at an educational facility. I asked for a root color touch up and basic manicure. The client services start promptly at 6pm and I was greeted by my student stylist. She consulted with a teacher about my root color and we were off. She did a very good job on the color, and the double shampoo was heavenly. Nice blowout. Manicure was very basic, no cutting cuticles (thank you). Polish selection was small and some bottles appeared old. Might bring my own next time. So for $22.00 (at least 1/4 of what I would pay at a salon for these 2 services) I was quite satisfied, and the student was thankful and expressed her appreciation for trusting them to take care of me. I am going back soon, the roots are showing and I want to try a facial.
