Saginaw Family Dental is a great dental office As soon as i walked in i got noticed the ladys in the front office were very nice they helped me with everything i wanted to know about my insurance since i never get ahold of the insurance when i call.It was my first visit there so i was so glad that they were able to help me as much as i needed them to and i ask ALOT of questions i figured they would be upset but no not at all.
Once i was taken back i met the hygienist she is wonder ful great attitude she explained everything she was going to do before she did it.In the pastall i have had are some pretty grouchy ones. When it got time to do my exam i met Dr.Houksa he seemed very careing about all the work i needed to have done.
I went back a week later to get my fillings done and i was not scared at all i felt comfortable Dr.Houska was very gentel i couldnt of ask for a better Dr.
One things is for sure im not going back to my old dentist i love the way i was treated at saginaw family dental.
