Review content:
These folks are FANTASTIC! We got picked up at home on a steep hill in West Linn during ice and snow conditions in a timely manner and they managed to fit us in even when other services said they had no openings. They were reliable and friendly, and cheaper than many of the other companies. (Enterage was $140 total for round trip; EcoShuttle cost us $85 for round trip). The best part of all - they use biofuel at a big cost to their own company, since gasoline is cheaper. Their commitment to the environment is admirable.
They are waiting on the Port Authority to get authorization to pick up at the airport (should be approved soon) though they can drop off at PDX, but meanwhile, they have a great arrangement that worked well for us. We took the Max to the Cascade Station, which cost us $2 each, but EcoShuttle took off $5 from the price, plus another discount for using them for a "round trip," which ended up being $15 less. The little jaunt to the Cascade Station was so easy. We boarded at PDX and got off two stops later. We had called as soon as we got near baggage claim, and the van was waiting for us at Cascade Station. They dropped us off at home in West Linn. It cost no more for two people to travel than one, and they picked up no other passengers on the way.
We will continue to be their customers and will call them FIRST from now on.
Pros: Environmentally friendly, cost no more for 2 people than 1, timely, friendly, reliable
Cons: Had to take Max to Cascade Station for pickup from PDX, BUT they reduced the fare much more than the Max cost us
