i don't understand how anyone could possibly have written a bad review for this place! i have been going to natalie there for 3 years now, and it is only because i had looked forever for someone to be able to do exactly what i wanted with my hair. she did that, on my first visit. i have never gone anywhere else since. she always knows exactly what to do, to the point that i let her decide what to do with my hair because she's never steered me wrong. and it's not just her. I've gone to other stylists there when she was gone, and was just as satisfied. i've also had my nails done there, as well as massages. it is an all around fabulous place!! the customer service is exceptional, and the stylists and staff are top of the line, and know just what they are doing. i have recommended them to family and friends who also continue to go there! those of you who wrote bad reports probably don't have the good sense to realize a good thing when you see it! 5 star service all the way around!!
Pros: ambience, friendliness, expertise, price, they've got it all
