If you care about your shoes take them somewhere else. Your industrial-quality footwear would probably be OK, but if like me you have quality elegant shoes you might find yourself dearly regretting bringing them to this shop. My two-week old Paris-bought ballerina flats needed a thin prophylactic layer of rubber on the sole to prevent premature wear. Instead they ended up with a quarter-inch textured black (and totally inflexible) slab of rubber, plus glue smothered all around the soft bottom part. From pretty and feminine to ugly and stiff in one unfortunate day. The worker promised to replace the thick sole with a super-thin layer, but next day I have received the same thing with the textured part simply sanded down. To avoid other customers hearing my dissatisfaction with being lied to I have been shushed out of the shop and told to find another cobbler. Choose your services wisely.
