Let me first say "WOW"! I was impressed with my experience from start to finish. Spoke with Tiffany to book my appointment. She was very knowledgeable about Chem-Dry, how they clean, what they offer, etc.. We even shared a few laughs over my bad little yorkie, Sam. When the tech did come to my home, before he started he explained what they would do and gave me a price for the cleaning. I did have to have extra things done because of Sam. Chem-Dry calls this, ‘PURT”. It is to remove urine odors. I did need a lot of help here with that. The tech explained that the carpets would stay wet longer then a normal cleaning, which he was right. It took 2 days. No worries, the carpets look and smell great! Me and Sam couldn’t be happier. Keep up the great work!
