Review content:
My tenants had clog a toilet and after several unsuccessful attempts to clear it, called Roto-Rooter. A Philadelphia based outfit. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous about the potential costs, etc. I am a "do it yourself" type and will only call as a last resort. The plumber technician, Scott, showed up and went to work. I discussed with him the situation and course of actions that were taken by my tenants. He explain the potential problems and costs to put my mind at ease. Thankfully, it was a simple problem. Scott was courteous, professional and informative. Well done!
