We are very pleased with the first time service we received from Roto-Rooter. We were in a pinch and needed someone to come out quickly, which they did. And, Jack, the plumber who serviced us, diagnosed what we needed very quickly. He was both pleasant, professional and expedient - what a great combo! He answered questions helpfully and even recommended your "pipe shield" product to help prevent further problems. We are so glad to find a plumber who we can count on in the future. Thanks for helping us so quickly being reliable!
