I purchased my '06 Pacifica at Autos Direct Online a few months ago. I have nothing but good things to say about these boys. Shawn and Vince, the owners, are helpfully involved in the transaction, and helped me get financed easily. The whole crew at Autos Direct Online was friendly, personable and knowledgeable - Shawn really helped me figure out which vehicle would best suit my family's needs. Autos Direct Online has a nice, clean, well-lit facility and an extensive inventory. Their prices were GREAT - better than the other (tons of) dealerships we visited. Everyone who worked there and everyone I saw walking out was smiling and happy, and it really made me feel at ease. I was a little worried when I saw the couple of negative reviews Autos Direct Online had,but they were highly unsubstantiated based on my experience with them. If you go to Autos Direct Online, I can practically guarantee your good experience. Just remember to share it with all us onliners!
